I experienced some minor bumps but it seems to be typical no matter who the manager is. But wasn’t kept completely up to date on my vehicle. I did receive notification that you guys started on it and had an anticipated completion date of 9 Oct 2026. I got notified again at the half way point and everything was on target for the state completion date. However I was not notified about more damages like replacing the rim, I believe that was not needed. I was. It notified that the vehicle was finished on the 9th so we kept the rental til Monday the 12th and it seems to have caught a snag with USAA but they stopped paying on rental in the 5th of October (not your issue or fault but none the less problematic). I feel like I should be kept in the loop. As for as the actual work it looks good and I’m pleased with the work. I would keep coming back. The issues noted"
